Re-Connecting Collaboration with Thammasat University Through Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies (PSDS)

Thailand, November 13, 2025 — The former Director of CESASS UGM, Prof. Dr. Rini Rachmawati, S.Si., M.T. and Nurina Aulia Haris met with representatives from Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies (PSDS), Thammasat University, including Dr. Nuttavikhom Phantuwongpakdee (Dr. Kay), an International Affairs Staff, and two students. During the meeting, the team discussed potential collaborations that PSDS and CESASS can build to support the students. During the meeting, the team discussed potential areas of collaboration that PSDS and CESASS can pursue to support students.

Key points highlighted in the discussion included the possibility of an internship program for PSDS students at CESASS and also the opportunity for both graduate students and alumni to join CESASS’s recently launched program, CESASS Research Fellowship (CRF), which was established to accommodate young scholars from around the world who wish to conduct their research in Indonesia. Students and alumni were also encouraged to take part in future programs, such as the Summer Course and upcoming discussion forums like CESASS Talk and CESASS Chat.
